Sj Express Repair

Had watch battery replaced. Dropped off, looked around the mall for about 30 minutes and then picked it up. Excellent service and results!! This was my second watch battery from this vendor...will definitely continue using his services.

I have been using SJ Express watch repair for 20+ years at this same location at the Valley Mall. We are fortunate to have a true Craftsman doing watch and jewelry repairs at very reasonable prices at such a convenient location.

Called ahead and asked if they had heavy solid stainless bracelets, suitable for my Citizen Satellite wave watch. When I arrived, I was informed he did not have the size. Not did he have any solid link bracelets, that were all the cheaper (still decent) folded metal style. I was disappointed that I wasted the trip to the mall. Nice guy, reasonable prices. If you're not in the market for high quality bracelets (Seiko, Citizen...) Then this is the place for you.

This man is the truth. Highly skilled and not out to gouge your pockets. I am very pleased with a 10K gold necklace repair that took less than 15 minutes. This unassuming kiosk in the middle of the mall should be your go-to for jewelry repair. I'm a fan. Excellent value.
