We paid $350 for repair of a leaking washing machine. He said it was fixed and left. It leaked worse than before. We called and he said he'd need to order a new seal. A couple weeks later, he said he was still waiting on the part. Now, it's 6 weeks later and he will not answer or return our calls. We have been without a washer all summer and $350. We feel like we have been swindled.

Billy was very polite when he came to fix my washer. He would always use polite words to interact in a conversation. I really enjoyed having my washer repaired by this company.

I called because my freezer quit freezing on my refrigerator. Came when they said they would, fixed my freezer pretty quickly. I've had no problem since out of the freezer. I'd recommend calling if you want it done the right way.
