Sir Grout did an excellent job polishing my parents marble foyer and fixing the grout and blemishes. He was professional, dedicated and courtesy. My mom is very critical and was very pleased with the results. She urged me to post a 5* review as John completely deserves it.

Very unprofessional. Had an appointment which I confirmed twice with the main office. I was told the latest appointment was 3:30, without exception. I took half a day off from work so I could be on time for my appointment. 2 minutes before my appointment John called to tell me he was in Freeport and would be at least an hour late.....more like one plus hours in traffic. When I told him it was very unprofessional he told me his clients were usually teachers and he did not fix granite. Why would he assume I am a teacher....I would not recommend...if I could give this company less than one star I would.
