The best service ever!! Phone was fixed in 30 minutes It's just like new again. If you have broken your phone or have issues go to these guys, and they will take care of you and fast and reasonably priced!
Absolutely awful experience. The screen replacement they did was extremely poor quality and caused my phone to overheat. When I returned for help, the manager literally sat there eating in my face and was completely unhelpful, repeatedly saying there was “nothing that could be done” other than paying for yet another replacement screen. Why would I buy another poor-quality screen to fix a poor-quality screen? No troubleshooting, no accountability, no professionalism. When I tried to dispute with my bank, Sind Cellular lied and said I never came to the store to address the issue. The entire situation felt like a massive scam. I will never retur... Came from out of state for work and broke my phone. Called this shop in the mall and the owner gave me directions and everything! Great phone, great person! Very reasonable and down to earth vibes in the store. Would recommend to anyone looking for a phone, phone repair, or some very nicely priced accessories!
