Brought in my Xbox One Series X because it all of a sudden wouldn't turn on anymore after working fine the night before. Expressed my concern to these guys while they basically laughed at me. Said that they could probably fix it and then proceeded to hold on to it for 2 weeks. Never once gave me a call to update me on the progress. I had to call them two times myself to get any information. All for them to finally call me on a Friday, saying that it was ready to be picked up. Of course I was happy to have my Xbox back for the weekend. I took my laptop to this place because it ran slowly and froze while I was watching a movie. They told me I would take 2-3 days, and they would give me a call. No, they never called. I had to call 2 times. They had my laptop for 5 days. The day I got it back. He explained to me that I had the virus, and he removed Norton. He said Norton was not effective bla bla... He said it should run good and faster. bla bla bla . I paid $129, I took home the computer, still slowwwww everything the same, I had to reinstall Norton. I will not recommend this place to anyone. First visit to Simple Computer Repairs for repair of my laptop. Although they were not able to fix the issue, they spend many hours looking for solutions for the complex problem which was essentially a design flaw. At the end of the day, I was not charged. The staff were very professional and communicated with me every step of the way. They definitely know their stuff. I will definitely use them again.
