I’ve been going here and been in communication with this store many times for a couple of years now. Made the nightmarish decision of doing all liquid cooling build. I couldn’t keep up with the maintenance of it all so I drained it and the fan/AIO combination. They were able to swap out the old parts and new parts and they do a great clean up job as well! About a year later I came back to swap out some more parts for some needed upgrades. Fast forward to now I currently own one of their custom built laptops as I have had to travel for work. And I gotta say, they do a great job for the laptops and it’s super convenient. And I still get to pl... Their maintenance it’s great and their prices are fair. Their customer support is genuine and these people are the “go-to” when it comes to knowledge. There’s so much good to say about these people. When it comes to builds and such they are very communicative. Especially when it comes to payment plans the like and are more than willing to work with you as best they can. Although I no longer live in Virginia, the next time I plan to do any future PC related business, whether it be repairs, insight, recommendations, or even getting a whole new build, I will be sure to go here first and I highly recommend others do the same. Thank you all so much for your awesome work!

From the moment I walked in I felt like I was in great hands. Dan asked what I'd be using the laptop for to get a sense of the best specs to suit my needs. He was highly knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured at all to get the most expensive options which was a super plus. He guided me through the ordering process and gave me an ETA of about one week to get all the parts and build. One week later I received this beautiful piece of machinery and personalized it with some slaps. Thank you Dan for checking in and helping this neurodivergent ADHD guy keep up his productive streak going after his dreams of making music/DJing. If you're tired... This is my third PC with Simon and I recently moved to Texas so I had it shipped to me. Dan has incredible communication and excellent customer service. If you are looking for a laptop or desktop Simon is absolutely the place to go! They offer credit free financing and you'll be able to choose from a large selection of builds tailored to your needs. The process from ordering my computers to receiving them has been absolutely seamless on their end every time. We had some slight damage on my last PC being shipped but why would I slam simon for this, its clearly the shipping companies fault, so you can ignore anything anyone complains about on that. So this takes me to the new PC I have..... What a incredible build, absolute beast of a computer and my first top of the line build with them. I couldn't be more happy. It'll be a shame when I launch the same company model here in Texas and I will have to steal Dan and his family for that... 😅🚀 (joking)
