Brian and his crew were amazing!! We needed work on the outside of our chimney and they did a wonderful job as well as very friendly. They all went above and beyond with the work that needed to be done. They kept in contact with me through all that they would find and kept me updated with changes in the work or the schedule. I was always aware of who and when someone would be coming to work. My insurance guy gave me the recommendation of Silver Lining Property and Restoration!! They lived up to the expectations. Our basement floor drain and sump backed up during the flood we had here in SE Wisconsin this summer! I contacted Brian Hintze from Silver Lining Property Restoration to see if they could help us out. They were quick to respond and were able to tear the wet carpet out and dry the basement. After a washing machine mishap caused damage to multiple floors, our insurance agent referred us to Brian and his team. Brian responded quickly, explained the restoration process clearly, and his crew handled everything with professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

I am so happy I went with Silver Lining to help out with my basement being flooded. Shane and Brian were both so responsive and came out very quick to help take care of my basement! I cannot thank Silver Lining enough for the incredible work they did. Both Shane and Brian were so easy to talk to and it was nice not being around contractors who "just want the money" Shane and Brian care so much about the work they do and want to see every person they work with succeed.
