Very easy to schedule and get someone out soon. And they came when they said they would. Blake was fantastic in fixing our oven and there was no up selling and nickle-and-dime-ing. Just great work at a fair price.
Signature App. is the only company I have found who really knows appliances well. These guys saved me $8,500.00 easy on a new oven. They were trustworthy, timely, true to their word and this was a MAJOR problem we had with our oven. Now it’s working like new with a one year warranty.
Son in Law purchased dishwasher (Bosch) from Home Depot and at almost 2 years old and water started backing up inside. The extended warranty is with Allstate and their tech never showed up. Another factor that impressed me is his work is guaranteed for 30 days for travel and call out fee. Very pleased with the whole experience and HIGHLY recommend this coming. Fantastic service! I appreciated every step. The receptionist was kind and knowledgeable. I am always reassured when service personnel call first. Nick called before arrival. Nick was able to verify and walk me through possible activity that could cause the issue, then fixed said issue. Nick was wrapped up in under an hour and left a clean area. Nick was friendly, prepared, and confident in his work.We'll definitely be using their service again, if needed. Highly recommend!
