I highly recommend Sierra Fence. We worked with Hector who came out and assessed our project, provided suggestions and feedback, and provided a very fair estimate. The construction was efficient and of high quality. He even followed up to make a few minor adjustments that were requested. The fence looks great and I am very satisfied.

Hector at Sierra Fence is great. I needed a new fence and gate quick, as the HOA was charging me until I installed it. I coordinated with Hector while not in Austin, and he made the process easy with clear communication and quality work. Hector sent his guy's within a few days and they did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Hector recommended moving the fence and gate forward to add backyard space at no extra cost, and it was a great idea and looks great 😁. I would recommend them to family and friends!

Sierra Fence installed our new fence yesterday, and we’re thrilled with the results. The fence is shared with our neighbor, and the old one was literally falling down after being poorly installed about 10 years ago. We contacted Sierra Fence along with another local company. Hector was responsive from the start and came out quickly to provide an estimate. He gave us a pricing range in person and followed up with a detailed written quote later that same day. Leading up to the installation, both my neighbor and I had several questions, and Hector was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout the process. We recently replaced our fence with Sierra Fence here in North Austin and had a very positive experience. Christian was professional, patient, and very easy to communicate with throughout the project. I had quite a few detailed questions and concerns during the planning stage, and he always took the time to listen carefully and provide thoughtful explanations. I really appreciated that he was willing to discuss the details instead of rushing the process. The project included a 6-ft cedar privacy fence with steel posts and two steel-frame walk gates. The workmanship looks solid — the fence line is clean, the gates are sturdy, and the overall installation looks balanced and well built. Because my previous gates had alignment issues, I asked if we could use adjustable J-bolt hinges instead of the standard hinges. Although this was not something they normally install, Christian took the time to research it and agreed to make the change. He was very accommodating and did not charge anything extra for the modification. After installation he also helped fine-tune the gate alignment and cleaned some cement marks left on the pavers, which showed good attention to detail. The pricing was also fair compared with other quotes we received. Our project included a new cedar fence and two custom steel-frame gates, and we felt the overall value was very reasonable for the materials and workmanship. Overall the communication was smooth, the crew worked efficiently, and the project was well managed. I’m very happy with the final result and would recommend Sierra Fence to anyone looking for a reliable fence contractor in the Austin area. Updates: I recently had Christian from Sierra Fence help with a small but tricky gate issue (filling the gap caused by adjustable hinges), and I really appreciate the extra effort he put in to find a solution that was both practical and effective. From the beginning, he was very transparent about material options and pricing, and I could tell he genuinely put a lot of thought into meeting my expectations for quality and detail while still keeping the solution realistic and cost-conscious. That balance is something I really value. He also made a strong effort to work with the material I preferred while addressing long-term rust protection. Since factory-finished options weren’t practical for this small custom piece, he had his crew apply zinc spray and paint on site — including after installation — so all surfaces and weld areas were properly protected. This approach achieved the best possible balance between durability and appearance under real-world conditions. The work was carried out by his crew, led by Marcos, and they executed it very well. The final result looks clean, matches the existing gate nicely, and feels solid and durable. Even though this was a small project, the whole process was handled professionally and thoughtfully. I would definitely recommend Christian and his team at Sierra Fence.
