From the get go this company was excellent. Very easy to schedule online and very quick at getting back to me when I had a question for them. On the day of the appointment I received a text they were on the way, they arrived within the appointment window, and went right to work. Joe, the technician, was very professional and polite. We followed social distancing guidelines when we interacted and he gave me some very good tips about my septic system. Everything was cleaned up and left as is he was never here. Could not recommend them strongly enough.

Highly, highly recommend! If you are looking for someone to pump your septic tank, look no further. Joe and Kurt helped me find a difficult septic tank lid; they both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced. They patiently answered all of my many questions. In addition, they provided advise to keep everything working well. Excellent service...but don't just take my word for it, try them today!

Were able to fit me in same day for pumping service. Casey was great on the phone and the drivers, Joe and Kurt, were very helpful in explaining everything to me and provided maintenance instructions to keep things in good working order. Great service!

Just bought our first home a month ago and wanted to get the septic pumped since we knew it had been AT LEAST 5 years since it was last pumped. I had no information on the tank but I had it dug up when I called R&L. They were so knowledgeable and kind, I knew immediately I wanted to work with this company. The gentleman that pumped our tank was patient with me while I asked every question I could think of about my septic and drain field.
