The two front counter employees were professional and very helpful... but when taken to the back room by a Sales lady.. she basically barked at me for not having my shower all planned out and ready for a $1,000 door. I went to Shower Door for information and to see what they have available... doors, fixtures, shower heads, etc. Well... back to Lowes.
Excellent experience with this company. There was initially a miscommunication and the wrong size shower door was ordered, their business took responsibility for the mistake and provided the correct size in a timely manner. Amanda even went above and beyond and found us a thicker glass door from another supplier because our door needed to be taller. I recommend this company for anyone needing high quality shower doors in the Rogue Valley with timely and professional installation.
We had SD&M install the glass wall and swing door in our Master bathroom shower. The install guys were very nice to deal with and we couldn't have asked for a nicer finished product. It is very nice to deal with a company that shows up on time and does quality work.
