I have dealt with Sholom Appliance Company. First, I must say their customer service is great. Every time I speak with them, they are friendly and helpful. I had a washer that was making noise, so I had them come out last year, in 2025, to get a diagnosis and a cost estimate. In January of 2026, they came out with the parts to fix it. Unfortunately, the parts weren't the right size. They called to explain the situation and told me I wouldn’t have to pay more. They said they would purchase the correct size and fix it as soon as the parts arrived. They came out and fixed my washer, and I must say the technician did an excellent job. No more noi...
