Ray and his wife were excellent at sewing my leather vest. Very friendly and perfect craftsmanship! I would definitely recommend this place even if it was just to come talk story with them!

my wife broke (toe strap pulled out) one of her Vionics slipper in the Cook Islands and I suggested that we try and find a repair expert on Lihue to fix it until she can order a replacement when we got home (she was not sure); Ray (not his first rodeo) was able to fix it (better than new) and for once - prove me “right” - thanks for the win Ray!!!!

This repair shop is so precious on Kauai to keep saving of “life” of shoes and bags. Without having this shop, we might have produced more rubbish of broken shoes and bags on the island. Repairing fee is affordable and it’s pretty fast service.
