My old shoe repair shop close down so looking for a new one I ran across The shoe doctor in Englewood Florida he does absolute beautiful work for a very fair price. I was in a bind and he got my shoes repaired in one day. Way better than expected Five stars I’d give him 10 if that was possible I thought these shoes were going to heaven and now they have a new life Thanks to the shoe doctor
Shoe Doctor had been recommended to me by a friend. My favorite Duluth Trading Company waterproof shoes blew out a seam, and I needed a quality shoe repair shop. I stopped in to see Vitaly and he said, “No problem. I can fix this right now if you have a few minutes. I did, and he repaired my shoes for a fair price in no time at all. I would highly recommend Vitaly and Shoe Doctor for quality shoe repairs at very reasonable prices in record time.
We all have our favorite pair of shoes... in this particular instance, I have a favorite pair of rocker/biker boots. Well, my Bull-Pitt liked them as well. He chewed the zipper on the inside of each boot at the top so that I could not zip them up anymore. When I took them to a shoe repair service in the Venice area and was quoted a price to repair them that exceeded the original purchase price I felt defeated and that I would be recycling them. I held onto them anyway in hopes that I would someday find someone who could help me. That is when I drove by this little shop on South McCall Rd in Englewood, just past the intersection of Pine and P... That is when I drove by this little shop on South McCall Rd in Englewood, just past the intersection of Pine and Placida. It’s on the right, past the Sunoco as you are heading towards Beach Rd. When I walked in I was greeted by Vitaly. He was warm and welcoming. I explained to him what happened and he determined he could repair the boots. He described what he would do to make the repairs. I was able to clearly understand him. He quoted me a price that I felt was reasonable and fair for both of us (half of the original purchase price of the boots). This was on a Friday. He told me that they would be ready for pickup on the following Tuesday. When I arrived to retrieve my boots, the price was exactly as quoted and the results were better than I expected. The workmanship was excellent! Needless to say I am elated that I have these boots back in my closet available to me for wearing. Thank you Vitaly! You are now my “shoe guy”!
I brought a pair of cowboy boot in for resole and though very pricey, (more that the boot cost new) the boots looked good. the next visit was just to clean another pair and the price was even less fair. $75 and they looked like crap. I showed him my concerns and made. the adjustment in seconds but the rest of the boot was a mess. He wouldn't don anything about the work or price. I bought some cleaner from Amazon for $16 and now they look great. NEVER again
