The Shepherd company was professional enough to quickly identify two small problems in my roof that were causing leaks. Their communications were extremely transparent and helpful, but best of all, their recommendations did he trick on the leaks.

I used Shepard Roofing before for few small projects. Some of the sub contractors do not speak English. It was difficult to communicate with them as I do not speak Spanish. For the most part they worked well for me.

This group was excellent to work with. They are the only ones I could get to respond and come out for an emergency call on a weekend. This lead to me choosing their work to replace my hail damaged roof and have the house painted. Jesse was always responsive, provided excellent advice for what we did and didn't need.
