There aren’t enough positive things that I could possibly say about Sarena! She helped my mom and I while she purchased my beautiful new watch, and Sarena was beyond personable and knowledgable. She makes everyone feel like the most important customer in the room! I have had negative experiences in other jewellery shops, but Sheiban has been the kindest group of staff I have ever met! We will definitely be returning with our business!
Checked out the online Pre-Owned section of the website, and I must say I was very impressed with the inventory. (I must say that the online website is AWESOME! Very easy to navigate and use.) I then decided to take a couple of my watches to see what I could get in trade value, and walked out with a beautiful Rolex Explorer II Polar. Huge shoutout and THANK YOU to Brian, the man who helped me. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to watches and a pleasure to work with. THANK YOU !!
I and my family have had a fantastic experience at Sheiban Jewelers. I drive about 25-30 minutes to come here because the people and products are great. There is absolutely no pressure or strange feeling you get in some jewelry stores. It doesn’t matter your price point, they make you feel important. Brian and Jill have both helped me buy an engagement ring and watch. Absolutely recommend this establishment and I make sure to tell everyone when they ask.
