Shearer VW of South Burlington Service Center

If your car breaks down in their parking lot, have it towed somewhere else. My car was being fixed at the body shop but required mechanical work from the service department. The body work and mechanical work were not major, but the repairs took 6 weeks because of waiting for the service department to complete theirs. The last week my car was there was waiting on a tire to be mounted on a rim and balanced. I spoke to the service manager Eric Smith, he was apologetic but little help.
