No Stars this is Horrible Service as well as Customer Service!!! We have had a technician named Jonathan come out and replace a drum in our Maytag washer that was damaged by a flooring installation company. The washer is worse now than ever. The original technician scratched up the top of the washer by placing his tools, keys, and parts on top scratching the grey surface. He kept doing the same thing after I told him he was scratching it. The drum cost is about $2300 which is very heavy and requires 2 people to do the job but they sent 1. The washer does not spin, backs up water inside and the solution has been to basically rebuild the entire...No Stars this is Horrible Service as well as Customer Service!!! Every Monday for the last 2 months we have got an excuse why the technician can’t come. But they refuse to cancel another appointment to satisfy an appointment that should have already been fixed in May 2025. Why won’t they just give us another washer new from the box? The money that has been spent sending a technician and the cost of the drum the first time was already the cost to replace the washing machine. Now a second drum all these part’s ordered I could have had 2 washing machines. I can’t wash so I’m inconvenienced hauling clothes to family members houses for 2 months now. What crappy service!!! You don’t care about a customer nor does this entire situation make any sense… but I bet you Paul and his family can wash clothes any time they want. What a joke of a company.

The technician was super kind and respectful. Was very mindful of our home and even offered to take his shoes off when he saw shoes at the door.
He went out of his way to keep me informed on what he was seeing and all our options. He answered every question I had.
He was quickly in and out of the house and he cleaned up after himself.
He even called us a few days later to ensure the dishwasher was working good again.
Great communication and work.
Would definitely recommend this company for repairs.

We had a 2-year warranty on our induction range we purchased through Costco. It broke in November 2025. The soonest Sharper Service could get a technician to us was several weeks away. We took the soonest appointment they had. In the meantime, we had no way to use our range or oven. The technician came as scheduled, but only used it as a diagnostic appointment to order parts, which he did. Then, we had to reschedule for another several weeks out. The day of the appointment, our technician called in sick and then we were rescheduled again.. for a few weeks out. Sharper Service Solutions warranties their work for 30 days. About 10 days after the repair, we noticed one of the burners was malfunctioning; and we called to make good on the warranty. Again, it took a few weeks to get on the calendar. When he arrived, he spent 3 minutes diagnosing, ordered parts and left. We scheduled again for a few weeks for the actual repair, which was supposed to be today.. and the technician scheduled for today is 'not available'. The original request for repair we submitted was Nov 5 2025 and we will now be scheduled for a final repair the week of President's Day 2026. I am not holding my breath as to whether they will show. The inefficiency of this business, and lack of consideration for the customer is one of the worst I have seen in my life.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only was the technician rude, he told me all parts to my dishwasher were discontinued and that someone would reach out to me to discuss a refund and how to return the parts that were ordered. Not only did no one reach out. The tech wrote that all parts had been replaced and dishwasher fixed. Here are photos of how he left my dishwasher. I am now in the process of fighting the charge with my credit card company. Biggest scam ever. I also informed LG (who hired Sharper) about this disaster.
