I had a horrible and failed experience with Home Depot. I went to visit Shadow Mountain for a new washer and dryer and these folks are the best!!! They gave me a new and better set than their competitor and matched that price!!! The delivery was right on time!!. One of the owners even returned with hoses and electrical cords to hook up our units. The dryer proved faulty once hooked up and the owner was immediately on the phone with an employee and pulling another dryer from stock and made sure we had a working dryer before he left!! These folks are amazing all around!!! They will be my first go to for anything from here on!!

We recently relocated for work and came in here looking for furniture. Everyone I talked to from the owner, to the front desk gals, and the delivery guys were all extremely helpful and nice. I found a super awesome rocker/recliner chair that is wide enough to fit myself and my triplet boys. We're all on it together multiple times a day. It's my most favorite furniture purchase ever. If I could, I would go in and buy enough of these chairs to last me a lifetime.
