We retained Servpro to clean our basement when construction was completed, and the entire process went like clockwork. Roberto and Clemente arrived on site right on time, explained the process completely, answered all of our questions, and did an amazing job. They are both total professionals, polite, respectful of our home, considerate and experts at their jobs. We would give them our highest possible recommendation.
We had a pipe burst at our vacation house. Water was spewing probably for weeks with a huge mess. I called ServPro after being recommended by a friend and they were at the house within an hour of the call. Trai was AMAZING! He was in constant communication with at least once daily updates. I was able to call and text him and he was VERY responsive. He worked with my insurance company and really went above and beyond with our house. He really cared about our house in making sure that he and his team (who included Elias, Evelyn, and Roberto) did a great job. Professional from start to finish. Trai Collins from corporate, was thorough in explaining the process and understanding our needs. Freddy S., and Miguel M ., were hard workers, did not cut corners, and were incredibly neat! Best duct cleaning process possible.
We moved into a new home and our garage/barn was loaded with mouse droppings and some construction debris. Trai gave us a great price for the cleanup.
