I highly recommend Servpro! I cannot say enough about Randy Holland and his Servpro team! We had great communication and he actually kept appointments and showed up promptly which seems rare In this day and age! That was a breath of fresh air!
Thank you so much for the things that your company does for us. I know this review is a little late but it's necessary. During the hurricane I just so happen to see a Edgar Larkins helping out in our neighborhood and the work that I saw him doing looked fantastic! It was just amazing to watching from the focus to the actual job being completed. We are so grateful to have people like him that still work hard in this world doing the work for the people that can't do it themselves. Amazing!! Brilliant!!
This morning, we woke up to a burst pipe, with water pouring through the ceiling in our laundry room. With temperatures dropping into the high 20s overnight, I had left the water dripping, but it still wasn’t enough. I made a call to Servpro. Within minutes, help was already on the way. My neighbors responded; Roto-Rooter capped the pipe, and Patrick Pridemore, Servpro General Manager, was quick to step in and reassure me that Servpro would handle everything properly. Our home flooded on June 26 in the a.m. I contacted Servpro they were excellent the supervisor that came out was friendly and professional. Later that day Bailey came and he was excellent explaining what would take place. The entire team that came and served were superb please know each one worked well.
