We had a huge pine tree fall on our house during a bad storm. After getting a hold of my insurance agent they called ServPro. Todd from ServePro got right on it. The professional manner of all involved, including Todd, Heather, Tommy, Bishop, Robert and Benny was a relief as they were very informative about the process and what we should expect due to all the damage within our home. I Need to send out a BIG THANK YOU to the team @Serv Pro of Tupelo- Benji, Devin, Kelsey & Timothy. I had an upstairs hot water heater burst over a weekend, and they were an absolute lifesaver!! They showed up right away (even on a weekend) and got straight to work. The damage was extensive enough that they had to remove carpet, flooring, sections of walls, parts of the ceiling, insulation, and more. We had a great experience with ServPro. On the day we closed on our first home, it flooded, which was extremely stressful. Heather and her crew responded quickly and handled everything with professionalism and care. They dried our floors fast and efficiently, which helped our peace of mind during a tough situation. Thank you to Heather, Rob, and Parker for their hard work. They were kind and compassionate and made the experience much easier for us to go through. We have had the best experience with Servpro in a time of distress and being completely overwhelmed with busted pipes. Every person that came in our house was so kind and understanding. We ended up using them for fixing our plumbing and are planning to use them for reconstruction.
