Tabitha was here assessing the water damage and she was very thorough. She found places that were wet that no one else did. I am very pleased with her service. She did more in one visit than others did in 3 visits.
The ServPro teams, both cleanup and restoration, did a great job of getting our finished basement back to normal after a sump pump failure. A special shoutout to our restoration project manager, Candace Williams who worked with us on both the financial and physical aspects of the project. I had some water in my basement from a bad storm and Servpro was out there the same day and got things handled. They were extremely professional and called when they were coming to check on equipment. They put protection down from my garage to the basement and were very clean and tidy.
