How can I thank you all for your prompt and professional service , when I was in a desperate situation?!!!! Nathan and Benjamin have been fantastic!!! I love how they take over and coordinate the mitigation , tear out and hopefully soon the restoration, with all of the contractors and Allstate. They stepped in and acted on my behalf, with their expertise, arriving in the early hours of the morning(2:30 am). Nathan left home with a wife and 2 very small children, to come to my aid!!!! My grandmother had a flood in her home due to a busted pipe from the freeze. She called me to help because she did not know what to do or where to even start. After having a conversation with Ben, their lead technician, about next steps, I had no doubts that I made the right decision by calling them. Servpro of Lake Charles has helped me with a chemical plant laboratory vent hood cleaning., Steve, the project manager, he and his workers did such an excelent job, we call them back every other year. I was so impressed, I had a mold issue at my own home. Now, they could have taken advantage of me to come out and treat the issue.
