What an excellent experience with this company. They will respond quickly, communicated clearly, and handled water/fire/mold damage with professionalism from start to finish. Their team is dependable, knowledgeable, and respectful in your home. They explained the process thoroughly, kept you updated, and make a stressful situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable restoration services.
We would highly recommend! Sara was able to get a crew out with in a few hours. Her communication and sympathy was amazing. Thanks to George and his crew for their ellecent service and clean up. Also clear communication. Josh has great communication skills as well and is being so helpful in our remodeling.
I recently experienced a fire in my bedroom caused by an internet/phone company accidentally drilling into a power line inside my wall. It resulted in extensive damage, fried electrical components, and left the entire room covered in soot with a strong smoke odor. I had never dealt with anything like this before and felt completely unsure about how to navigate the restoration and insurance process. My insurance company recommended SERVPRO, and I was connected with Greg Thomas from the Lafayette branch. Greg—and the entire SERVPRO team—were exceptional from start to finish. Not only did they restore my bedroom to its pre-fire condition (something I genuinely thought would be impossible), but Greg also guided me through every step of the insurance communication, reassessments, and financial details. He made an overwhelming situation as easy as it could be and consistently advocated for me and my home. In a time when so many companies settle for the bare minimum, Greg went above and beyond. The restoration was especially challenging due to the age of my home, yet Greg handled everything with professionalism, transparency, and outstanding attention to detail. The results were perfect, and he kept me informed and reassured throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone facing a similar situation. I’m incredibly grateful for the support I received and feel fortunate to have had Greg and the SERVPRO Lafayette team on my side. I don’t typically write reviews unless the service truly stands out—this one absolutely did. Thank you again to Greg and the entire team.
