Water damage resulted in ruined floor and mold growth. Bre and Chris were brilliant deconstructing and cleaning. They worked very hard for long hours in very hot conditions. I was disappointed that Servpro was not able to do the reconstruction and upset that the office did not tell me this until very late in the process. This caused a serious delay finding people to do the repairs. Also, they have yet to provide me with the identification of the flooring so that it could be matched to the rest of the house as they had said they would.

Bree and I believe his name is Chris, came in this hot weather and crawled under my house to remove insulation. Not once did they complain about anything. They put on the protective suits and respirators went in like MMA fighters! I was truly amazed at they're work ethics and drive. These two workers are golden. I hope the boss realizes how good they are. Very pleased. An update to this review. I was told that they would not be replacing the insulation they took out because they are shorthanded. In my opinion, you don't pull out somebody's insulation and not replace it, especially with the weather getting colder in the mornings. Was given the information that all I would have to do to start services is to set up a payment plan, then was told weeks later that they’re requiring a 50% deposit in order to start the work. Was told the payments would be around $400, and that was doable. But they then turned around asking for twelve thousand in order to start anything at all. Super misleading company, not helpful.
