Shane, John and Danielle have been amazing packing up contents and removing all water damages ( flooring, tiles, kitchen island, cabinets). Proficient, professional, hard workers. Experienced. Trustworthy. Can’t say enough good things about this team!
The SERVPRO Greenwood branch was fantastic is helping us with our huge window leaking issue. They helped us every step of the way with insurance and the window company who in the end had to replace all windows of our house. We could not have navigated our issue without them. Their staff was all so helpful and great to work with. Hope we don't need them again but if we do, they are my first call.
Knowledgeable Professional crew responded quickly with adequate manpower and equipment to our churches flooded basement. Appreciate their work as we were able to reopen this space to our youth with minimal downtime

I had water damage due to a pipe leak causing enough damage that I had to replace most of the kitchen. ServPro responded immediately to mitigate the water damage. They also helped coordinate and provided contractors for the replacement of the floor and cabinet maker. They completed some of the repairs and contracted out other work. I used the opportunity to upgrade my kitchen and he provided contacts for that also. It’s is difficult to find people to do work where I live and could not have gotten this done well without them. I worked exclusively with Gareth and he was amazing. He kept us informed and his calm demeanor was really appreciated....
