We recently had a flood in our kitchen and used Servpro for water mitigation. They were great to work with—prompt, professional, and very responsive throughout the process. The team made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Highly recommend their services!
I am a flooring vendor and have done several projects with Ben Odean the owner of this Servpro. He is very personable and very clear with all communications. I respect how he treats his customers projects like his own. Ben is very responsive even on weekends and late nights at returning calls and texts. He has even helped me out personally with recommending a plumber I can trust. He is the person to call...especially anything related to mold.
No one wants to deal with mold but these guys made the process as painless as possible. Ben was super knowledgeable, dealt with an endless stream of questions, helped us discern between difficult options, and was just a straight up honest and nice guy. His crew, including Angel and Freddy, were polite, responsive and did an incredible job cleaning up the mess throughout. We felt well taken care of in a rough situation.
