I am in another state and my brother is in Bowie. He has been in the hospital for three months. They helped me with everything. They cleared it and migrated the mold. I had a ceiling collapse in one of the rooms at my residence in Bowie, Md. After several weeks of frustration dealing with a company that my insurance provider had recommended, I called Servpro and got this wonderful lady name Rusty on the phone. The pleasant manner in which I was received by her was the beginning of a wonderful experience. The next day, a crew was dispatched to my residence and they did an outstanding (and professional) job cleaning up the debris and making the room safe and livable for me to use until I am able to have the ceiling replaced. I had a horrible problem solved and was treated so compassionately. In February I had a water pipe break in my basement. This was the first and hopefully last time this happened to me. I called and spoke to Rusty. She calmed me down and guided me on what to do. She sent out a team the next business day bright and early. Abraham was the team leader and they removed most of my basement and the water damage inside the home too. They were wonderful!
This was such a stressful situation to say the least, but I felt like I called the perfect place to help me through this. They contacted my insurance and got the payment through them.
