I recently went through a water damager at our home and had ServiceMaster for a restoration job, and I couldn't be more impressed with their work. From beginning to the end, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and handled everything with care and expertise.
The team manager Amy, and the team members Vidal, Octavio, Nury, Miguel, Leonor, and Esmeralda were incredible thought out the whole process and helped me every step of the way to make sure to get our house back to normal.
What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. With Harrison, Ryan and Tim had the worst experience of my life. I had a flood in my house by an overflow on my main they didn’t come in with proper gear on. They Were Their St., Claws. They packed my stuff like I was being evicted. There was no bubble wrapping. There was no taking care of my personal items they stuck my Dishwasher and my stove in the garage at 130° and it was brand new it was only a year and a half old they proceeded to cover it in all the cabinets from the kitchen that were covered in feces. They packed the plunger with feces in it. They threw all my stuff in boxes. They didn’t even care. He is compliant with State Farm and has the latest technology to determine water damage. He was there every step of the way and he came to my house almost every day to make sure that everything was efficient. He even took pictures of personal property that was damaged. I can’t believe how thorough he is and trustworthy.
