Highly recommend for all mitigation and repair needs! After my house fire, Service Master responded immediately before I even heard from my insurance agent. Post-fire home repairs involve endless communication with countless people and lots of hand holding. Amidst all of that, Service Master was the only party that was consistently proactive—updating me, making calls on my behalf, and ensuring things moved forward. Their number one goal was getting back home. Now that the repairs are done, my house looks far better than it did before. The whole gang were wonderful! From Jimmy's crew who cleaned contents to Scott's crew who did all the reconstruction of our home we are grateful. I wanted a new staircase and Mike created this beautiful stairway for us. Good job and God bless you all.
Jimmy Kelly and his crew did a marvelous job for us transferring our many belongings from 2 storage units in Ft. Wayne to 2 storage units in Columbia City! They had to walk quite a ways hauling many boxes because their truck would not fit into the storage building we chose. They were friendly and great to work with. I would use them again if I had a need!
