Best in the Business! They Friendly, and COMPETENT. LUIS & RODNEY were very clear with explanation of what to expect. They showed up with All the tools machinery and lots of trash bags... they even hauled away the Drywall a d Carpet!!! Vacuum all the Dust Too!!! My Insurance said they LOVE working with these guys too. Peoria Servicemaster made a bad water leak so much less problematic...
Luis and Rodney were great! Quick response when I had a water crisis, they kept me informed as work progressed, and were thoroughly enjoyable as they took the time to make sure the drying fans would not take too much power and leave me in the dark. If all of the folks at ServiceMaster are as kind and devoted to providing great service as these two gentlemen are, you are indeed blessed!
I have had a wonderful experience with this company. they started on my job right away and they sent out two individuals To start the demo work. I was very impressed with their work ethic, Their communication and their concern for making as little mess in my house as possible. I had never had water damage in my house before and I was devastated when it first happened, but they made a very difficult situation much better by their willingness to do the right thing and get me back to normal as Fast as possible. A special shout out to Daniel and Rodney. They represent the company extremely well and I appreciated everything they did to help...
