Service Department - Rydell Toyota of Grand Forks

As with all dealership service departments, I'm always hesitantly dubious about the diagnoses & "needs service" recommendations, Rydell Toyota did an excellent job in every area. Battery diagnoses & replacement, alignment & brake fluid replacement, shuttle & refreshments. My only recommendation is that the Rydell Toyota shop needs to up their 'refreshment game' and offer fresh baked cookies, just like the Rydell Honda/Nissan shop. 😁

Went in for an oil change and blower motor issue. Didn’t order all necessary parts the first time. Inspection of vehicle during oil change wasn’t completed. Verifies fluid levels were not checked/topped off. This was my second time there and it was just as disappointing as the first.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Rydell Toyota! From the first phone call to get a quote to getting the tires put on the entire process was seamless! Tires came in really fast and they even price match if you find a better deal somewhere else. Friendly staff and service was outstanding. They even have a shuttle driver if you need a ride while your car is being serviced there. I enjoyed my experience so much that I’m going to start getting all my service needs (including my oil changes) done here! Thanks Rydell Toyota. 5 star service across the board! Love my new tires!
