Austin of Selby Family plumbing visited our home today for a gas fireplace not working. He clearly explained the problem and the charges up front. He continued to keep us in the loop the entire visit of his progress. Within a short time our fireplace was up and running! He also took time to give us quotes of changing to a tankless hot water heater, compared other plumbers who were in and out the door, he went over every detail and took time to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend Selby Family Plumbing.
