I have done electrical contractor work for them for years. I have a customer that I have done multiple jobs for including the gate SGA installed over 5 years ago.
She called them 6 or 7 months age for additional remotes for the access gate.
Apparently when SGA's crew was there either "she" the customer had a bad day or their crew did but she wasn't satisfied with them. When the gate wasn't working properly, she called me because she had lost trust in SGA.
I made 1 call to Duke and told him of the situation. He didn't hesitate one minute. He went out there the next day and completely f...This company stands behind their work even after 5 years.
