We met with Kyle for our ADT consultation. He was on time and a blast to chat with! He got us a clear quote and ran down what he'd be doing along every step. Will be recommending Kyle to my sisters who are looking to purchase their homes and get security systems within the next few months. 10/10 would recommend!
Ryan was and has been amazing! He installed my window alarms, thermostat and CO2 stuff on one day but had to return for the cameras due to weather. He did so and worked expeditiously to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate his time to make sure I was comfortable with my system and keypad and things I should do. Great job all around!
My Experience with this company has been great, they scheduled a date and showed up as scheduled, and the equipment they provided is very new and robust. The tech was great, we talked about where to put things and a very quickly He got to work. While he was doing those tasks, He had me work on reading and approving their specs and downloading all of the software I needed to be able to see the system on my phone. He walked me through every aspect of getting that all set up which made it so much easier on me! And the time required for these app set ups to complete all of the necessary data input Took a fair amount of time but he was very pati... Anyway for me it was a great experience, and I feel much better protected now… If I could only get brave enough to choose a setting that's correct When I leave!
I had to reschedule once and the process to do so was easy and quick. On the day the installer arrived we walked through what I currently had and the things that I was interested in purchasing. It took time but I needed a new panel and other equipment and also decided to do a couple of upgrades. I was very pleased with my service and we went over all aspects of the equipment before he completed the ticket. Excellent customer service.
Jamie was great at explaining every aspect of home security and did an excellent job of installation. I am confident my home is monitored while I'm away and that I'm much safer and worry-free when I'm at home. Peace of mind is worth every penny.
