My ipad screen was cracked so I came in to get the screen repaired, but after the repair, anytime I was on a white screen( like youtube for example), you could see that the screen looked very unusual. This is something that should of checked before they even gave it back to me. When I realized the unusual appearance, I called to let them know but was told by the manager I would be charged for the labor again just for them to fix it, when it should of been fixed before they gave it back to me. After going back & forrh with the manager he finally said just bring it in and we will see what we can do. I brought my ipad back in & at first he told... After going back & forrh with the manager he finally said just bring it in and we will see what we can do. I brought my ipad back in & at first he told me it looks like it was too much pressue on it from my ipad case which was simply not true bc the unusual appearance was like that before i even put the case on. Then he told me he would take it apart to see if it was the LCD so I ended up leaving ny ipad with him with expectations that he would fix it. Hours later when I called back, he made up some lie and said it was the LCD that needed to be replaced and that I would be charged almost 95$ again. I asked if he had even took it apart to make sure and he said no he can just tell. If it was the LCD then why when you took it apart the first time, you didnt notice it and tell me the lcd needed to be replaced? I feel like they gave me a used or cheap screen and then charged me for it and thought i wouldnt notice. I would NEVER reccommend anyone bringing their expensive devices to them for repair. Just take it to UbreakIFix because they are more experienced and more proffessional. This would of never happened at a more credible repair shop. Also, they ask for your passcode to get onto the device which apple never asks for when doong repairs. What was the point in asking for the passcode if yal wasnt going to check to make sure my ipad was properly functioning?? Stay away from this place.
