Ken did an amazing job of repairing my all in one desktop. Had audio and video problems. He advised it was not worth the expensive replacements parts but yet worked around to repair. He also added anti virus software, free programs etc. Created a restore point should similar issues resurface. Now quite frankly it works like NEW' Thank you Ken. I highly recommend using his services
I have been taking my computer to this shop for years. Ken is always very nice and professional and completely fixes my computer problems within a couple of days. His prices are very reasonable, and I don't know what I'm going to do if he ever closes shop. Give him a call on Philadelphia Pike and you won't be sorry!
I contacted Second Source for a repair inquiry (malfunctioning laptop trackpad). Rather than waste my money, they told me repair was not economically viable. But ... they gave me a workaround suggestion that worked! I'm now able to use my laptop again while I plan for a replacement. Excellent customer service! Thank you!
