Seattle Roof Systems

We contacted Zoom about what seemed to be a leak coming in through the roof of our townhouse. He got back to me quickly and offered to come check it out that same evening, well after normal working hours. Zoom took a look at the situation and quickly came up with a plan of action for us – but also suggested that we try cleaning up some algae in the area, just in case that was simply creating a blockage. He didn't have to tell us that, but he did, and it turned out he was right. Fast service and fair, honest business. I'm not looking forward to having to fix our roof, but when we do, we'll be contacting Zoom.
