Called for info regarding a door seal and the person on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me before I could ask a question. I would not recommend doing business with a company that can not answer a question for a customer.

Call this company twice and both times I felt very criticized with all the snarky side comments. Both times he ended up not having time the day, but never followed up as promised. Not sure if he's just picky with certain jobs or idk what the deal is. Not sure if its a company or just one guy running the show because it feels like it.
