Technician installed the ice maker that was sent but it was wrong. There is no arm on the ice maker to stop overflow. So we have ice all over the freezer now. Should have installed the correct ice maker!! Very unhappy!!! He should have requested the correct one.

Extremely rude. He didn’t want to answer any questions. I wanted to provide some information on how to access the refrigerator, but he answered me in a bad tone telling me he doesn’t know yet what is going on and more. I did not say anything but the second time we interact he was rude again. I told him I was tired of him being rude. I heard that he was talking with another technician and he told him he couldn’t access the fridge because is a built in. That is why I was trying to give him the best option to access. He is lazy and he wants to do the less work possible.
