Frederick analyzed the indoor system problem. The part was ordered and installed with care. He then diagnosed a freon problem and a hole in a line. That must be okayed by the home warranty company before repairs and filling with freon. He kept me up to date with the situation

Our repairman was on time, very courteous, answered all our questions and explained our charges and our options. Could not be any happier with the service he provided.

The repair man was awesome, very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious. It's my opinion it should have not taken two trips and a week to repair an ice maker valve.

I would ask that Sears have the techs wear shoe coverings when coming into the home.
