This is a total ripoff. All the technician did was ask me what the washing machine was doing and took the model number. I had already done that online. They should offer a lower cost diagnosis online or over the phone. I almost paid for the repair which was comparable to replacement price because I was already in for $129.

LG washer keeps stopping after rinse & not draining water. Neil ran diagnostics test, determined problem was with the electrical or plug. Neil was punctual, friendly & knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Donald is highly knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived and discovered that we needed another part to complete the repair. He went out, picked up the part, returned, and finished the job in good time. I have had such a great experience with using Sears Home Services that I would highly recommend it.

Service tech arrived 90 minutes than estimated time provided. Tech could not solve the problem, did not appear knowledgeable about the product. He could not explain payment options and seemed unclear regarding how payment would work for an additional visit. The part was not available through his app. I ended up having to order it on my own and he could not confirm how or if he could come back to install. He instilled no confidence that he understood the issue or knew what he was doing. This was a terrible experience and I will never use this company again. I paid $129 and got nothing .
