My air conditioning needed to be serviced. First of all, expecting someone to be at home from 8am-5pm is unreasonable. I did not get a call when the technician was on their way to let me know what time they would be arriving. The online tracker for this purpose was inaccurate. The technician didn’t do a thorough inspection, they didn’t look at my air conditioning system inside, only the outside system. They didn’t go over the estimate with me or have me sign it, instead they wrote that I wasn’t home which wasn’t true.

No way to reach them over phone, very frustrating. They have dumb AI bots handling the phone system and no option to reach to tech or any living person.
