He seems to be very through and very percise he took his time,

He is very proficient and was able to resolve the issues.

The repair technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. He went above & beyond to call as he was working in the area on another job and he had the part with him. He provided great service. Repair technician gets 5 🌟 The AI way of doing things and having no option to speak to a Iive person was very frustrating and the process was not Nice as I could hsve been. AI only gets 3.75 🌟

Extremely poor communication from Sears throughout. Technician arrived 3.5 hours after the 4-hour repair window. I wasted my whole day sitting at home waiting for them. Couldn never reach a human on the phone to ask a question or figure out a plan. Prior to visit, an ordered part was cancelled without notifying me and I had no way of knowing to order another.

Technician was great. Showed up early, let me know ahead of time he was coming, very polite and fast to fix the range.

He was very helpful with questios that I asked.

"I had a great experience with Scott. He arrived right on time and thoroughly inspected our dishwasher to diagnose the issue. He quickly filed a parts claim for us, though unfortunately, the required part is no longer available. Despite that outcome, Scott's service was excellent. Four stars!"
