Ricky was great but my service window was 8 a.m. til 12 noon. He arrived at 2:45 p.m. Not his fault but if I'd known how long I'd have to wait, I would have called another service provider.

The service I received was great. My technician Mohammad was informative and professional. He identified the problem quickly. He fixed the issue. I would recommend him. Thank you so much!
Frank diagnosed a damaged heater element for my Kenmore Dryer and said that it would cost me over $800 to replace the heating element assembly, which we had replaced 4-5 years ago for around $200! I paid the $139 diagnosis fee (I already knew it was a faulty heating element), then called two other repair companies and got quotes of $238 and $255 for this same repair. I ended up buying the heating element, thermostat, humidifier, etc. from Amazon for around $50, looked at some YouTube DIY repair videos, and completed the repair myself - the dryer works great now! In my humble opinion, this technician is using the Sears name to charge exorbitant prices for repairs, and knows that he is ripping off his unaware customers. Because of this fraudulent experience, I will NEVER use Sears Home Repair Service again! They also try to hard sell you a yearly warranty that covers all of your household major appliances - NO THANK YOU! Fortunately, I did my homework and got some other credible bids, which were less than half of what Frank was going to charge! I did the repair myself for around $50, and didn’t have to go through the cost, inconvenience, time, and hassle of buying a new dryer when my old dryer was easily repairable for a very reasonable price! Don’t allow yourself to be scammed! Shame on you, Frank, and I’m very disappointed with Sears because of this negative experience!
Joe is a terrific technician and repair man. Very bright and personable. Got the job done !
My dryer was not drying. Made a on line appointment - which by the way was very user friendly. I answered all the questions requested so the service person would b fully prepared. Part was promptly ordered & delivered. The service person was Frank. Very efficient & customer friendly. And even though an additional part was needed & ordered - Frank returned in a couple of days & successfully completed the repair work on my dryer. The entire process was seamless & stress free.
Joseph fixed my dishwasher! I’m so happy. He was quick, kind, and courteous. Thank you!
Joseph was great!
