Watch out for this company they are true thieves. They tried to steal my very very expensive watch after doing a quote for me. It was in their bag as I seen the band hanging out. They tried to pull it off as it fell in there off the dresser.. a watch just don’t fall off a dresser and conveniently fall into their bag. Be very careful when using these thieves. I caught them not sure what they would do if someone wasn’t watching them through hidden cameras. Guy said give me 30 minutes to look around the bathroom here and I’ll give you a quote.
I would not recommend this company. They came out and cleaned our tile grout and shower on January 13. The next day when we could use the shower there was a residue all over the shower floor. I called them and they returned a few days later. Said it had only happened one other time. That night the residue was less but still there. My husband called them the next day and was told the next time they were in this area they would come by and fix. Almost 2 weeks went by with no word from them. . Called again left a message about our total dissatisfaction and to this day Feb 27 we have not heard a word from them.
Scrub America recently replaced the old broken tile on my front porch / entryway with new travertine and did an outstanding job. The attention to detail in their work was excellent, and the quality is top-notch. They were always on time, had great communication throughout, and they kept the work area cleaned up and neat at the end of each day. The Scrub America team was polite and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any tile installation or replacement needs.
