Had Screenmobile come and install customized retractable screen doors for our french doors because they are not the standard size. We have now had the screen doors installed for a few weeks and so far, so good. They operate smoothly and catch and release easily and evenly and are perfectly centered/aligned to the french doors. They were responsive when we'd reach out, email or phone, and were able move our install date forward when we requested to do so. I would recommend them.

We have had no problems except one repair after my sister walked through a screen. Yes, it can happen and service was scheduled quickly and very reasonably priced. After almost a month, nobody had, so I looked in Charlotte. Screenmobile had great reviews so I called their office and made an appt for them to come out and give me an estimate to re screen our porch.
The office staff was accommodating, kind, informative and helpful scheduling my appt.
Jason, who came out, was like a member of the family when we met. Kind, easy to talk to, has a wealth of knowledge, answered all my questions, showed up on time, and did not pressure or rush us.
