Scouts Pest control was the 1st company to answer my inquiry. Within a few months I no longer heard noises coming from my garage. They reply within a timely manner when I reach out. Techs have been very nice, patient, professional, understanding. They even located possible areas where the rodents may have gained entry. Hadn't been able to enter my garage in months. Now can relax just a little. May take me a little longer before I get the nerve to go into my garage. But that has nothing to do with Scouts. Will continue to use this service.

Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. We are new to the south and he educated us on pests here. He was very thorough as well. Overall, our experience with Scout Pest Control, from getting an inspection for buying the home, to this service, has been wonderful. They are great with communication! Everyone we've had contact with has been very pleasant and accommodating. Great company with excellent service!

I have to say… I am SO impressed with Scout! Their service is absolutely amazing. While I am never home for treatment, we never have any issues with pests inside! Their outside service is amazing, but they will always treat inside if i just ask! Please note as well, they have amazing customer service all around. Miss Ivy was very sweet this last time we spoke! Amazing company
