Unfortunately I used to take my car to the dealership for years to get all my maintenance done but then I found Scott’s German auto repair and haven’t thought twice about going to the dealership. Walk in and everyone greets you with a smile. This was my first time using Scott’s German Auto Repair since I’ve always gone through the dealership. Both of my headlights had gone out on my Atlas, and it was a very expensive repair—upwards of a few thousand dollars. When I brought my car in, they let me know one of the headlights was on backorder and could take a couple of months, so I had just one replaced at first.
After that repair, a sensor went out due to the bumper having to be removed for the headlight replacement, but they assured me it would be repaired at no cost to me—and they kept their word. To my surprise, the second headlight arrived in less than a week, much sooner than...This was my first time using Scott’s German Auto Repair since I’ve always gone through the dealership. I’m a very loyal customer when businesses do right by me and provide great customer service and quality work—and they absolutely did. I’ve owned my Atlas for seven years, always serviced at the dealership, and in all that time no one ever remembered my name. But here, after just one visit, they did. That says a lot.
